Our new build decorating services
As part of the project, Platinum Skies tasked us with the decoration of the complex’s 55 apartments and also asked us to decorate their show home, one of the most important parts of the project as it is used to showcase the high standard of the development to potential buyers.
As part of our contract decorating service, we provided professional painting throughout each new apartment, including:
- Kitchens
- Living areas
- Dining room
- Bedrooms
- Bathrooms
As Platinum Skies wanted to keep the decor neutral, we painted the walls and woodwork in each room a crisp Jasmin White. As well as presenting a modern, clean atmosphere, the simple colour scheme also helps potential buyers imagine their own belongings in the space and provides a blank canvas for residents to put their own stamp on their new home.
The white paint was also chosen as many of the luxurious apartments boast truly spectacular views over Poole Park and the world famous Poole harbour, which meant they didn’t need any feature decoration.
